God & Sexuality with Jon Tyson
God & Sexuality will thoughtfully explore and celebrate the purpose and design for human sexuality. As we look at our cultural landscape, it is no wonder that many followers of Jesus are left wondering about how to engage in a discussion that feels as though it is ever-changing. Come learn how sexuality relates to discipleship and how we may be forming or deforming our hearts through how we use our bodies.

Jon Tyson is a Pastor and Church Planter in New York City. He is the author of Sacred Roots, A Creative Minority, and The Burden is Light. Jon lives in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan with his wife and two children. He serves as the Lead Pastor of Church of the City.

God & Sexuality Class
God & Sexuality Class is a six-night study hosted by Bridgetown teachers and leaders. We will take time to honestly engage the questions culture is asking and consider how we meaningfully participate in the conversation. Through teaching, discussion, and reflection we will develop a biblical framework that is both informational and personally formative. Topics will include, gender, dating, sex, marriage, divorce, celibacy, sexual identity, shame, loneliness, and friendship. Childcare not available.
